Kells offers some of Portland's most unique private party and banquet facilities and services. Located on the second floor of the 1889 Historic Glisan building, Kells provides an Irish ambiance with excellent service and outstanding food. Our elegant facility invites your guests to celebrate in the stately ballroom and mingle in the intimate Ulster and Cigar Rooms.
